Editing a Call Template:

To Edit an existing Call Template:

  1. Select the Administrator Menu.
  2. Select the Templates & Scheduling menu item and click Manage Call Templates. This will open the System Templates screen.
  3. Via the Alphabetical Tabs select the Call Template you wish to Edit.
  4. Select the Edit button. This will open the Call Template Properties screen.
  5. Edit the Call Template as required.
  6. Press the Save and Close button to save the changes to the Call Template.
