Call Templates - Setting against Key Sets
The Administrator may set up a Call Template such that it pre-populates a Call when a particular selection of Queue/Skill Group and Key's is made.
To set up a Call Templates against a particular Key selection:
- Select the Administrator Menu.
- Select the Manage System Queues Menu Item. This will open the System Queues screen.
- Select the Queue you wish to Assign a Call Template to.
- Select the Key Sets Button. This will open the Key Sets screen.
- Select the Primary Key, Secondary Key and Tertiary Key you wish to Assign a Template to
- Select the Call Template you wish to Assign to the above Key combination.
- Press the Add to Add this Call Template to the list of pre-populated Key Set templates.
