Adding a New Call Template

The Administrator may add New Call Templates to the system by:

  1. Select the Administrator Menu.
  2. Select the Templates & Scheduling menu item and click Manage Call Templates. This will open the System Templates screen.
  3. Select the New button. This will open the Call Template Properties screen.
  4. Enter a Name for the Call Template.
  5. Enter a Issue
  6. Select the Call Type you wish the Template to return.
  7. Select the User the call was Received By (if known).
  8. Enter the Details.
  9. Select a Queue.
  10. Select the Skill Group
  11. Select the Priority
  12. Select the Primary Key.
  13. Select the Secondary Key.
  14. Select the Tertiary Key.
  15. Press the Save and Close button to Save this Call Template.
