Adding a New Call Template
The Administrator may add New Call Templates to the system by:
- Select the Administrator Menu.
- Select the Templates & Scheduling menu item and click Manage Call Templates. This will open the System Templates screen.
- Select the New button. This will open the Call Template Properties screen.
- Enter a Name for the Call Template.
- Enter a Issue
- Select the Call Type you wish the Template to return.
- Select the User the call was Received By (if known).
- Enter the Details.
- Select a Queue.
- Select the Skill Group
- Select the Priority
- Select the Primary Key.
- Select the Secondary Key.
- Select the Tertiary Key.
- Press the Save and Close button to Save this Call Template.
