Adding a New Update Template

The Administrator may add New Update Templates to the system by:

  1. Select the Administrator Menu.
  2. Select the Templates & Scheduling menu item and click Manage Update Templates. This will open the System Templates screen.
  3. Select the New button. This will open the New Template screen.
  4. Enter a Name for the Template.
  5. Select the Update Type this Template is to be.
  6. Select the Status for the call this update should return.
  7. If the Update Type is an email, then the To:, Cc: and Bcc: fields should also be filled in as required.
  8. Enter the Subject for the template.
  9. Enter the main body details for the Call Update.
  10. If the Update Type is an email, then select the Signature Type you wish to use.
  11. Select the Add Comments to Solution Checkbox if required.
  12. If the Status is Closed, then select the "Send Closed Confirmation Checkbox if you require a Closed Confirmation email to be sent.
  13. From the File menu select Save & Close and Press the OK button to Save this Update Template.
