Deleting a Call Template:

To Delete an existing Call Template:

  1. Select the Administrator Menu.
  2. Select the Templates & Scheduling menu item and click Manage Call Templates. This will open the System Templates screen
  3. Via the Alphabetical Tabs select the Call Template you wish to Delete.
  4. Select the Remove button.
  5. Press the OK button when the "Are you sure you wish to permanently delete the template, ..." window appears to permanently Remove the Template from the system.
