Editing an Existing Form

The Administrator may edit an existing Form by:

  1. Select the Administrator Menu.
  2. Select the Manage Forms Menu Item. This will open the Forms screen.
  3. Via the Alphabetical Tabs select the Form that you wish to edit.
  4. Select the Edit button.
  5. Edit the Form as required.
  6. Under the Form Details tab Press the Save button to save the changes made to the Form.
